Cadiz Collaboration is bringing together a community of thought‐leaders in hospitality and design who want to learn from each other and share best practices. Our aim is to create a space to collaborate, where leadership and innovation can come together to discuss trending topics about sustainability. Cadiz Collaboration has developed HOTELS+GREEN 44 as a platform to host conversations about trending topics.

In an effort to make progressive movement in greening the hospitality industry, Lorraine Francis launched HOTELS+GREEN 44 and is bringing together a community of thought‐leaders in Hospitality and design who want to learn from each other and share best practices.

Lorraine has worked on one‐half billion dollars worth of commercial, architectural and interior projects with her previous firm Gensler and currently through Cadiz Collaboration whose clients include major and boutique hotels brands like Starwood and Xanterra Resorts. Over the recent years her firm has completed over $100 million in built projects in the Hospitality sector.

Cadiz Collaboration provides a wide range of services to assist clients in achieving sustainable programs for operations, maintenance and sustainable design for renovation or new construction. Our comprehensive approach utilizes a wide range of nationally recognized rating systems and local sustainability programs. Our studio is committed to principles of sustainability in all aspects of our work, taking a leadership role in solving the challenges facing the architecture and design professions today.

Our goal is to act from an informed perspective, crafting a balance of environmental concerns with great design and cost‐effective means. We understand that the collaborative process of working together with vendors, suppliers and our clients’ local communities to achieve great outcomes is at the heart of what we do.
