Cadiz Collaboration is seeking a full-time Junior Interior Designer to join our creative and collaborative team in Costa Mesa. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact hospitality design projects across the country.
What We’re Looking For:
Collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to develop design concepts for hotel interiors.
Create boards, layouts, and CAD/REVIT drawings.
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to align with project vision.
Oversee the design process, ensuring, timelines and budgets are met.
Create initial interior design concept package.
Develop interior spaces while considering Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape.
*The base salary will be estimated between $48,000 - 58,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
